  • ½ teaspoon
  • ¼ teaspoon
  • 4 fresh coriander seeds
  • ½ bundle of curly lettuce
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 piece of red onion
  • ½ water glass of whipped cheese
  • ½ water glass of cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream (or strained yogurt)

You can use ready taco shells instead of small tortilla breads, and you can bake your own thin dough. You can place ingredients such as finely chopped jalapeno pepper, colored bell pepper, and parsley in the filling. You can also bake the tortilla breads after lightly soaking them.

Preparation

  1. Chop the small onion into very small pieces, grate it as desired
  2. Peel the peeled tomato and grate it into a puree
  3. Finely chop the fresh coriander leaves
  4. Roast the medium-fat minced meat with the onions to a light color with the addition of olive oil
  5. Cook the minced beef with tomato paste, hot sauce and tomato puree on low heat until the water is lowered
  6. Add the salt, cumin and finely chopped coriander leaves in order to add flavor to the inner mortar
