Noodles with Vegetables


  • 1 pack of noodles
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 3 sprigs of spring onions
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of Salt
  • 3 tablespoons of Black pepper

  1. Put 1lt water in one pot
  2. Add as much as salt you want into the pot
  3. Add the noodles and boil the them in the salty water until they are done
  4. When the noodles are cooked, strain them.
  5. Julienn the carrots and the peppers.
  6. Take a large pan and add 3 tablespoons of salt
  7. Add the carrots and peppers
  8. Sauté the carrots and peppers
  9. When the carrots and peppers start getting softer add the onions and broccoli
  10. Add the spices and mix
  11. Finally, add the soy sauce and keep mixing
  12. Remove the pan from the stove
  13. Stir the noodle and serve it

Chinese Soup with Vegetables


  • 2 carrots
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1 leek
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon wheat starch
  • Black pepper as much as you wish
  • Salt as much as you wish


  1. Wash the vegetables
  2. Chop the pumpkin, leek and carrot in the thickness of a matchstick
